Our Seller Live는 시드빈(sydbin)이 제공하는 서비스입니다. 아래 절차에 따라 계정과 관련 데이터의 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다.

삭제 요청 방법
요청을 보내면 본인 확인 후 15일 이내에 처리 결과를 안내합니다. 삭제가 완료된 데이터는 복구할 수 없습니다.

가입에 사용한 이메일 주소에서 support@oursellerlive.com로 계정 삭제를 요청해 주세요.

계정 정보 적기
제목에 “계정 삭제 요청”을 적고, 본문에 Our Seller Live 가입 이메일과 이름을 적어 주세요. 비밀번호는 보내지 마세요.

본인 확인 및 삭제 완료
필요한 경우 추가 확인을 요청할 수 있습니다. 확인이 끝나면 15일 이내에 계정과 삭제 대상 데이터를 처리하고 결과를 이메일로 알려드립니다.
삭제 및 보관되는 데이터
법적 의무, 보안, 분쟁 해결 또는 부정 이용 방지를 위해 일부 기록은 아래 기간 동안 제한적으로 보관된 후 삭제됩니다.

How to request deletion
After verifying ownership, we will process the request and notify you of the result within 15 days. Deleted data cannot be recovered.

Send a deletion request
Email support@oursellerlive.com from the address registered to your Our Seller Live account.

Include your account details
Use “Account deletion request” as the subject and include your registered email and name. Do not send your password.

Verify ownership and complete deletion
We may ask for additional verification. Once verified, we will process the account and eligible data within 15 days and confirm by email.
Data deleted or retained
Some records are retained only as needed for legal obligations, security, dispute resolution, or fraud prevention, then deleted after the periods below.
